Job summary

rockITdata is seeking an Infrastructure / Technical Integration Coordinator to support a major federal healthcare modernization program. You will coordinate enterprise system integration across applications, infrastructure, networks, cloud environments, and supporting technologies throughout implementation and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
• Minimum five years of experience in enterprise infrastructure or systems integration.
• Experience coordinating application integrations across cloud, network, database and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with networking, cloud computing, and healthcare interoperability concepts.
• Experience with AWS/AWS GovCloud, Azure, VMware, Windows Server, Linux preferred.
• Experience with HL7, FHIR, REST APIs and healthcare systems integration preferred.
• Experience with Agile, DevSecOps or hybrid software development preferred.
• Experience with Federal healthcare organizations or health IT preferred.
• Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills; able to obtain Level 3 Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical integration activities supporting enterprise healthcare modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and application teams.
• Support implementation of interfaces and enterprise interoperability across environments.
• Coordinate infrastructure readiness, including servers, networks, cloud, databases and dependencies.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, risks and dependencies for integration projects.
• Support CIT, deployment planning and production readiness activities.
• Facilitate technical working sessions, design reviews and implementation discussions.
• Maintain technical documentation, interface specs and diagrams.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolutions with teams.
• Recommend process improvements to strengthen integration and reliability.
