Responsibilities

• Assists in developing policies and procedures, enforcing current policies and procedures relative to the administrative and clinical functions of the institution, and will assist in budget and fiscal management.
• Will provide feedback to the administration concerning problems, needs and procedures.
• Under the guidance of the Health Services Administrator (HSA), will assume increasing responsibilities in all relative areas.
• Assists in evaluating the mission of all assigned areas and participates in initiating corrections or improvements.
• Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution.
