This role manages clinical services, supervises interdisciplinary staff, ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, and delivers high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field, relevant certifications, and extensive experience in healthcare operations. Qualificações

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in healthcare operations management.
• At least 2-3 years in a supervisory role managing clinical staff.
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume patient throughput environments.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the health unit, ensuring efficient clinical services.
• Supervise clinical and administrative staff, including physicians and nurses.
• Implement and maintain quality control programs per federal requirements.
• Support execution of medical surveillance and occupational health programs.
• Serve as point of contact for Government and manage compliance.
• Ensure readiness for medical emergencies and respond to incidents.
