Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Consulting Software Developer with a strong background in Millennium/Cerner Millennium to join the Technology Consulting Development team. The role focuses on CCL development within an OCI tenancy to enhance the DOC Tool for federal site deployments, with potential growth into APEX, SQL, and OAC for reporting and utilities.

You will work with a diverse team to turn technical and business problems into effective solutions, supporting health initiatives for service

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CCL Developer.
• Strong understanding of the Millennium data model.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance DOC Tool leveraging CCL in an OCI tenancy.
• Develop on APEX based application and integrate with OCI.
• Possibly develop using Oracle SQL and Oracle Analytics Cloud for reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to refine technical requirements.
• Adopt OCI DevOps tools and practices.
• Write high-quality code and participate in design reviews.
• Address performance and scalability issues in tools and services.
• Improve health, scalability, and resiliency of products.
• Develop and execute unit tests and integration plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CCL program issues.
• Develop and support CCL reports and utilities.
• Incorporate AI technologies to improve development efficiency.
