Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to design, configure, activate, and support Oracle Health EHR solutions for federal agencies. You will lead workflow design and provide expert guidance across DoD, VA, IHS, and other government health programs.

The role requires HCIT consulting experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50%. U.S. citizenship and eligibility for government security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years total related work experience.
• At least 1 year HCIT consulting or other client-facing IT solution experience.
• 1 year in clinician or practitioner, functional or technical roles; undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain government security clearance.
• Backend build experience in PathNet or similar areas.
• Experience with Bedrock, CCL, DCPTools, Reference Range Wizards, Virtual Views, Discern Rule Writing, Reference Lab Interfaces, Medical Device Interfaces.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on service line workflow and guide design decisions.
• Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
• Drive client-specific solution configuration to meet workflow requirements.
• Mitigate solution risks and issues and drive process improvements.
• Lead client meetings and events; drive internal team initiatives.
