Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Grants Management Specialist to support federal health clients through the full life cycle of grant and cooperative agreement programs. You will interact with federal officials, funding recipients, and technical experts to ensure compliance, reporting, and successful outcomes.

The role involves pre-award planning, award administration, recipient engagement, program monitoring, and closeout activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, public policy, business administration, finance, accounting, public health or related field.
• 1+ year of experience supporting federal grant or cooperative agreement programs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support federal grant and cooperative agreement activities throughout pre-award, award, post-award, monitoring, and closeout phases.
• Assist with development, review, and coordination of Notices of Funding Opportunity, funding packages, award documentation, amendments, and related materials.
• Review applications, budgets, work plans, progress reports, and other recipient submissions for completeness and alignment with program requirements.
• Coordinate merit, objective, field, or panel review activities, including reviewer materials, schedules, documentation, and follow-up.
• Support the administration of awards, including recipient correspondence, award actions, continuation activities, and change requests.
• Track grant milestones, deliverables, funding, performance measures, risks, decisions, and corrective actions.
