Job summary

TekPro Support Services (TSS) is seeking a Financial Analyst to support international training and assistance programs for USCG, DoD, and Department of State requirements. The role emphasizes federal financial management, interagency coordination, and execution of appropriated and reimbursable funds.

Key responsibilities include detailed financial analysis, managing MIPRs and IAAs, and ensuring funds and obligations comply with funding limits.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of financial management experience in federal programs (USCG/DoD/State).
• Experience with budget formulation for reimbursable and appropriated funds.
• Experience with budget execution, monitoring obligations, expenditures, and allocations.
• Experience with disbursements and standard federal accounting methods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analyses and produce reports for interagency coordination.
• Manage financial agreements including MIPRs, IAAs, and Form 7600 A & B.
• Apply budget formulation principles to review and consolidate budget requirements.
• Execute and monitor budgets for reimbursable and appropriated funds.
• Perform disbursement activities and maintain federal accounts.
