Walker Capital Prosperity Group seeks an experienced financial advisor to capitalize on a warm federal audience. You’ll lead outreach to opt-in federal employees, guide discovery through to close, and manage your pipeline in our CRM.

The role emphasizes advisory first on TSP/retirement-rollovers, with insurance and annuities as a secondary path where suitable. The position offers $85K in fixed annual pay plus an uncapped revenue share, with high earners reaching mid-$100Ks in year one.

Qualifications

• Licensed in life and annuity or able to obtain within 60 days.
• Minimum 3+ years in financial services with a record of new client acquisition.
• Strong outbound outreach through phone and email to warm leads.
• Clean regulatory record and commitment to designation (ChFEBC) within first year.

Responsibilities

• Reach out by phone and email to federal employees who opted in, following data-ranked prioritization.
• Run discovery and planning meetings (mostly virtual) through to close.
• Manage your pipeline in the CRM and track outcomes.
• Drive client relationships with a focus on assets and results.
