Job summary

MBA Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Project Manager (Architect/Engineer) to lead design and construction for USPS Facilities Repair & Alterations nationwide.

You’ll balance technical and admin tasks across facility initiatives and provide guidance to contractors and USPS teams. Ideal candidates have architecture/engineering or construction management backgrounds, 3–7 years PM experience, and eligibility for Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
• ABET-accredited programs for engineering degrees.
• 3–7 years in commercial facility maintenance or construction project management.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to travel and pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Eligible for Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage design and construction projects including minor construction and repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, USPS teams to meet schedule and budget.
• Provide technical guidance to contractors and staff throughout the project lifecycle.
• Set deadlines, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Prepare engineering proposals and evaluate facility alternatives.
• Draft and review RFPs and bid evaluations.
• Attend preconstruction, progress, and final acceptance meetings; conduct site inspections.
• Analyze data to optimize facility performance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical), or Construction Management
