Job summary

Collibra’s Federal Enterprise Architect role in Fayetteville, NC delivers mission-aligned data governance consulting to U.S. federal agencies, guiding customers through modernization and secure data programs onsite.

You will lead engagements with federal clients, collaborate across sales, engineering, and product, and drive adoption, utilization, and expansion while upholding regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of consulting experience with US federal agencies in Data Governance/Management/Quality.
• Understanding of leading PaaS, Data Lakes, Databases, and integration platforms used by federal agencies.
• At least 2 years of experience with cloud platforms, REST/JSON APIs, deployment automation.
• Linux CLI proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, infrastructure and platform.
• U.S. citizen with active security clearance (Secret/TS/TS-SCI) and residency in the US.
• Familiarity with LDAP or Kerberos enterprise security solutions.
• Experience with Data Quality, Data Pipelines, Data Orchestration, and/or Job Control tools.
• Knowledge of data management processes: governance, stewardship, MDM, cataloging, and business rules management.
• APIs via Java/Python on Enterprise Linux/Unix.
• Data warehousing, ETL, data integration.
• Skilled in developing functional and technical specifications.
• Experience with Collibra or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead federal customer engagements by delivering mission-aligned consulting per Collibra’s delivery models and adhere to government regulations and security standards.
• Provide federal agencies with data governance strategies that enable knowledge transfer and drive measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Collibra Sales, Customer Engineering, Product, Support, and executive teams to align with acquisition cycles and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to expand Collibra’s footprint within agencies through modernization and compliance requirements.
• Meet or exceed utilization goals to support client success and repeatable delivery.
• Contribute to growth of Collibra’s public sector services through account expansion and customer advocacy.
