Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical liaison between federal government client design branch, construction branch, and contractors.
  • Review design submittals, shop drawings, specifications, RFIs, and technical reports for compliance with Federal and client standards.
  • Apply engineering principles across planning, investigation, design review, construction administration, and assessment of procedures.
  • Monitor progress and prepare technical reports and project status updates.
  • Provide engineering judgment for field modifications and non-conformance issues.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through responsive communication and technical support.
  • Perform quality assurance to ensure contract compliance.
