The Department of Conservation and Energy in Baton Rouge seeks a Federal Energy Program Manager to oversee Home Energy Rebate Programs and coordinate across federal and state partners. The role requires managing program activities from design to closeout and ensuring alignment with agency goals.

The Federal Energy Program Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Home Energy Rebate Programs on behalf of the Office of Energy.
A bachelor's degree in a physical, biological, or environmental science, engineering, computer science, public administration, or a business-related field plus four years of experience in natural resources management, environmental science, computer science, or administrative services; OR A master's degree in a physical, biological, or environmental science, engineering, computer science, public administration, or a business-related field plus three years of experience in natural resources management, environmental science, computer science, or administrative services; OR A doctorate in a physical, biological, or environmental science, engineering, computer science, public administration, or a business-related field plus two years of experience in natural resources management, environmental science, computer science, or administrative services.
