Job summary

Chevo LLC is seeking an experienced Federal Data Analyst to join our expanding team in Arlington, VA. The role involves collaborating with clients, performing federal data analysis, and supporting BI and survey processes.

You will develop dashboards for leadership, validate data via R scripts, and ensure quality across data, reports, and procedures while working in a hybrid environment with 1-2 days of client engagement weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related field.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization using Power BI and/or Qualtrics.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for leadership.
• Validate and update R scripts and macros to streamline data prep and reporting.
• Perform data analysis and quality checks using R, Pivot Tables, and automations.
• Analyze data, interpret results, and communicate findings clearly.
• Create and update documentation for survey processes and procedures.
• Design and implement technology best practices and repeatable processes.
• Work with limited supervision.
