Job summary

Analytica seeks an experienced Data Architect to define shared data models, governance, lineage, and integration patterns for Federal grants and financial data. You will help deliver a secure, scalable platform with structured and unstructured data, visualization, and AI-assisted analytics for examiner decision support.

You will collaborate with pilot agencies and multidisciplinary teams, producing documentation to support operations, maintenance, transition, and future expansion, while

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise data architectures, canonical models, metadata, and shared vocabularies.
• Demonstrated experience integrating structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from multiple authoritative systems.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, lineage, quality, retention, stewardship, access, and auditability.
• Experience defining scalable database, API, ingestion, and interoperability patterns for Federal or regulated environments.
• Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Linux, PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server, Java or .NET, Jenkins, self-hosted Azure DevOps, Kubernetes/Rancher, and open-source AI models.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret eligibility, as required for all contractor personnel supporting the effort.
• Active Top Secret highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define shared data models, terminology, governance, lineage, and integration patterns for Federal grants and financial data.
• Collaborate with pilot agencies, and multidisciplinary technical teams through iterative development and user testing.
• Produce clear documentation that supports Government operation, maintenance, transition, and future expansion.
• Follow Federal security, privacy, accessibility, records-management, and Government data-ownership requirements.
