Responsibilities

  • Partner with law enforcement to manage federal investigations and prosecutions.
  • Advise federal agents on questions of law and Departmental policy.
  • Recommend charging decisions and dispositions for designated cases.
  • Draft and file pleadings and be prepared to try cases in federal court.
  • Investigate asset forfeiture related to prosecutions.
  • Coordinate preparation of litigation assignments for staff.
