Job Description and Duties

Cost Recovery is responsible for collecting incident costs, including litigation costs, whenever other state agencies, private individuals, businesses, or local or federal governments are partially or fully financially responsible for an incident. Cost Recovery consists of civil, agreement reimbursement, and law enforcement programs.
