The role requires a Bachelor’s in business or related field and at least 2 years in procurement, with knowledge of FAR and federal contracting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, preferably federal contracting.
• Knowledge of FAR and federal contracting processes.
• Proficiency with procurement software and MS Office; ERP familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sources, negotiates, and purchases materials, supplies, and services to meet production needs.
• Maintains supplier relationships to support quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitors inventory levels and coordinates purchasing to prevent delays.
• Prepares and manages competitive quotes for federal contracts with internal teams.
• Analyzes costs, lead times, and supplier capabilities to inform bids.
• Ensures compliance with FAR during sourcing and bidding.
