Qualifications

• Knowledge and use of the VA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) and logistics contracts.
• On-call 24/7 availability with rapid response requirements.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests under pressure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in English and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Research acquisition alternatives and provide analyses and recommendations to program staff.
• Assist in preparing Statements of Work and related documents (IGCEs, LSJs, Acquisition Plans).
• Create and maintain acquisition resources, templates, and tools for Government use.
• Monitor developments in acquisitions and provide updates to staff.
• Provide advisory support on financial transactions and acquisition processes.
• Develop market research information and analysis for Government review.
