Qualifications

• Specialized experience is knowledge of properties and characteristics of regulated food commodities or other products for human consumption.
• Experience in sampling, quality control and sanitation in a food manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to develop written reports and communicate findings to others, and maintain effective contacts with a variety of individuals.
