Job summary

Guidehouse invites motivated students to join its Summer 2027 Internship Program in Arlington, VA for a 10-week experience starting June 9, 2027. Interns work on real-world projects, are paired with a Buddy, and participate in learning, development, and networking activities within a collaborative consulting culture.

You will gather and analyze data, develop deliverables, and present recommendations, while gaining insight into federal civilian client workstreams.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program through Fall 2027 and graduating by Summer 2028.
Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship available for this position.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with economic and financial analysis and research.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive and independent work style.

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively in a team to solve client challenges.
Participate in and document meeting minutes and action items.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
Develop work products that synthesize information into client recommendations.
Communicate solutions and new strategies to clients through reports and presentations.
Support data collection activities to gain insight into an organization’s structure, processes, policies, technology, and culture.
