You will manage daily field operations, enforce USACE/OSHA standards, coordinate complex logistics, and maintain meticulous documentation to keep projects on schedule. With 5+ years supervising prime federal contracts and certifications in OSHA 30 and QC, you will mentor staff and drive excellence across multi-million dollar programs for a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years supervising projects for a Prime Federal Contractor.
• Recent OSHA 30-hour certification.
• Current U.S.A.C.E. Construction Quality Control for Contractors certification.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and construction-related software.
• Proven history of managing project values between $2,000,000 and $20,000,000.

Responsibilities

• Direct all daily field operations for prime federal contracts to ensure project milestones are met on time.
• Enforce safety and quality control standards required by USACE and OSHA.
• Coordinate logistics and subcontractor schedules to maintain high-efficiency project delivery.
• Maintain precise digital documentation using MS Office and construction management software.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent delays in government timelines.
• Mentor junior staff through the Center for Excellence to foster growth.
