Arrowhead Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Federal Construction Site Superintendent to lead daily progress on military base projects. This full-time role requires coordinating subcontractors, keeping schedules, and communicating with government representatives.

You will conduct daily kickoff meetings, set daily objectives, and monitor progress to ensure the project advances as planned. Travel to southeastern US locations is required, with typical hours from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction site management experience.
• Experience on federal construction projects on military bases.
• Travel readiness and flexibility for future site locations.
