Job summary

Information-Systems-and-Networks-Corporation (ISN) seeks a Federal Compliance Project Manager to lead a nationwide audit program and oversee a multidisciplinary team of auditors and subject matter experts. The role focuses on managing federal compliance audits under regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality services on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of federal contract and compliance program experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate complex operations

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience managing federal government contracts, compliance programs, or complex professional services programs.
• Experience overseeing geographically dispersed personnel and multi-location program activities.
• Experience managing regulatory compliance audits, inspections, assessments, or quality assurance programs.
• Proven ability to supervise multidisciplinary teams including technical specialists, auditors, and administrative staff.
• Experience managing contract deliverables, performance metrics, schedules, budgets, and reporting to government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor and federal government representatives regarding program operations and deliverables.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute nationwide drug and alcohol compliance audits of recipients and contractors.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent program execution across locations.
• Monitor activities to ensure compliance with federal regulations (e.g., 49 CFR Parts 40 and 655).
• Coordinate logistics, staffing, travel, and resources to meet schedules.
• Prepare, review, and submit audit reports, corrective actions, and contractual deliverables on time.
• Coordinate technical assistance, training, conferences, and compliance support services as required.
