Job summary

DLH Corporation supports a federal program in cloud architecture, data interoperability, and security engineering for SCHARE. The role covers secure cloud configuration, API enablement, and regulatory compliance across platforms, with ATO-related activities and remediation support.

The candidate will draft technical artifacts, maintain controls, and work with agency CIOs to secure data environments and ensure ongoing compliance in a dynamic federal healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field or equivalent with 12+ years IT experience.
• 4+ years leading or performing systems engineering or related functions.
• Strong written and verbal technical communication, highly organized, able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Stand up cloud storage, application, and networking resources.
• Manage SSL certificate requests and related tasks.
• Support federal healthcare enterprise environment with cross-team collaboration.
• Draft and maintain technical design and SOP documents.
• Document work in the issue tracking system (SNow).
• Recommend mitigations for vulnerabilities and take corrective actions.
