Job summary

Connected Logistics is seeking a Cloud Computing Specialist SME to provideCertification and Accreditation (C&A) and RMF guidance for IOEE/IOSEE projects across DoD cloud environments. The role requires the ability to deploy to multiple DLA sites for installation and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will possess Cold War–level attention to security risk management, FedRAMP methodology expertise, and certifications such as AWS/Azure/Cloud+.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of relevant C&A experience.
• (RMF) and NIST C&A experience.
• DOW IA experience.
• Ability to work independently with substantial cloud computing security knowledge.
• Must be well versed in FedRAMP assessment methodology of security and privacy controls.
• May need to travel around 3 times a year.
• Investigative Requirement: Moderate Risk, Non-Critical Sensitive, Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Information Assurance and Cloud computing SME with regards to Certification and Accreditation (C&A) and a broad coverage of the RMF standards (NIST SP 800-53/800-37).
• Support the six RMF domains and related guidance.
• Assess IA controls and conduct C&A reviews for large, complex information systems.
• Identify, manage and resolve cloud security risks and implement best practices across deployment models.
• Occasional travel to multiple DLA sites (approx. 3 times/year).
