Job summary

Softek Enterprises LLC is seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect to design and implement cloud infrastructure for federal agencies on AWS GovCloud and Azure Government. You will lead migration efforts and set the technical direction for secure, scalable solutions.

The role requires deep cloud expertise, IaC proficiency (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep), and the ability to navigate FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST 800-53 controls while guiding engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in cloud architecture and engineering.
• Deep expertise in AWS or Azure (certifications preferred).
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep).
• Strong understanding of federal compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, FISMA).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Architect cloud solutions on AWS GovCloud and Azure Government platforms.
• Lead cloud migration planning and execution for federal workloads.
• Design infrastructure-as-code templates using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep.
• Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST 800-53 security controls.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Optimize cloud costs and performance across multi-account environments.
