Responsibilities

Reviews and organizes large quantities of emails and other documents.
Creates and uses spreadsheets and databases.
Gathers factual information and material from agency records, court records, and public records.
Reads, analyzes, and summarizes pleadings, orders, transcripts, and files, drafting memoranda as needed.
Tracks court-imposed deadlines and assists in preparing pleadings.
Provides automated litigation assistance to attorneys for briefs, presentations, and hearings.
Prepares documents, exhibits, charts, and visual materials using various software applications and graphics hardware.
