Job summary

DNI (Delaware Nation Industries) in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Business Analyst II to provide programmatic, operational, and analytical support in a federal government environment. You will analyze business processes, develop dashboards, and prepare management reports to aid decision-making and improve program performance.

You will gather requirements, document SOPs, support cross-functional coordination, and conduct root-cause analyses to drive efficiency, accuracy, and excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, program analysis, operations, process improvement, or a related field
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience developing reports and presentations
• Experience analyzing workflows, requirements, and operational data
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, workflows, requirements, and data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvements
• Develop reports, dashboards, Excel analyses, presentations, briefings, and other management-support products
• Monitor performance metrics, timelines, accuracy, workload, and compliance with procedures
• Gather and document business requirements and support process and workflow improvements
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and liaise among program, admin, financial, HR, travel, procurement, and stakeholders
• Support special projects, onboarding, training, and operational activities
• Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency and customer service
