Qualifications

• Specialized experience developing, maintaining, and administering financial data to control budget execution.
• Experience monitoring obligations, allocating funds, and validating expenses using automated systems.
• Ability to prepare budget estimates and develop reports; advise on budget requirements and policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive financial management program with annual budgets.
• Prepare annual administrative budgets and budget estimates.
• Advise management on budget requirements and planning.
• Ensure obligations, expenditures, and balances are valid and supported.
• Manage certification of obligations of goods and services.
• Provide technical guidance on future resource requirements and budget planning.
• Oversee processing of travel authorizations and vouchers.
