Job summary

IBSS Corp. is seeking an Audit Partner/Principal for Federal Financial Statement Audit in Washington, DC, on-site.

The role requires leading three mandated engagements and delivering on-time reports under GAGAS, FAM, and FISCAM standards, with final review responsibility. The candidate should have CPA or relevant credentials, extensive Federal audit experience, and the ability to manage staff and independence requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: bachelor’s degree in accounting or business; CPA or similar is preferred.
• Must meet Engagement Standards including staff qualifications, CPE, independence and due professional care.

Responsibilities

• Engagement leadership and signing responsibility for the three engagements.
• Provide overall project management and final review of work and reports produced.
• Direct the full-scope audit of agency financial statements under GAAS and FAM frameworks.
• Oversee FISMA and PIIA audits and ensure on-site delivery in Washington, DC.
