Jupiter Power LLC is seeking a Manager of Federal Affairs to lead the development and execution of the company’s federal policy strategy. The role focuses on trade and tariff policy, energy policy, and regulatory developments affecting battery energy storage.

You will translate complex policy changes into clear business updates and coordinate advocacy with internal teams and external partners. The role will be based in Chicago, Houston, or Austin with regular travel to Washington, D.C.; remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in federal government affairs, public policy, legislative affairs, or related role.
• Understanding of federal legislative and regulatory processes; experience engaging with congressional offices/federal agencies.
• Strong knowledge of trade, tariff, supply chain or energy policy; ability to evaluate business impacts.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and analyze federal legislative, regulatory, and administrative developments affecting Jupiter Power.
• Advocate on trade policy, tariffs, and tax policy; support supply chain strategy with Engineering/Procurement.
• Be a key leader in federal engagement with agencies, coalitions, and policy stakeholders.
• Prepare briefs, analyses, talking points, and letters; coordinate meetings with policymakers.
