DreamWorks Animation is hosting the Spring 2027 Feature Development Internship in Glendale, CA. The program runs January 25 – April 1, 2027, with a 24-hour weekly commitment.

The role is in person (Tue–Thu) and designated hybrid, requiring in-office presence three days per week at the start and then four days per week later. Responsibilities focus on learning the development process, script coverage, research, and competitive tracking while collaborating with department representatives.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Google Suite.
• Photoshop and/or Canva experience is a plus.
• Pursuing an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree (or equivalent), or be a recent graduate (within six months).
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Willing to work in Glendale, California.
• Able to arrange own relocation, housing and transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Gain an understanding of the development process and how a development department functions within a studio.
• Work with department representatives on tasks like project research, script coverage, writers lists and competitive tracking.
