Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle and systems engineering.
• Strong understanding of hardware components in electronics manufacturing.
• Excellent project management skills with track record of delivering complex projects on time and budget.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and collaboration across departments.
• Experience with mechanical simulations focusing on structural analysis, including linear and nonlinear behavior, and vibration/dynamic analysis.
• Proficiency in FEA software (ANSYS, Abaqus, or Nastran) for static and dynamic simulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Develop best practices, workflows, and SOPs for simulation activities.
• Collaborate with design, R&D, manufacturing, and testing teams to support development and validation.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of mechanical simulations and structural analyses.
• Drive initiatives to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Liaise with customers to understand requirements and provide technical support.
• Promote safety and quality within the team and regulatory compliance.
