Quest Global is seeking an Engineer - Finite Element Analysis (FEA) in Windsor, CT. This role focuses on conducting advanced FEA simulations for various mechanical components and systems, building and validating models, and supporting design decisions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering with 1–3 years of FEA experience, proficiency in ANSYS/ABAQUS/NASTRAN, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced FEA simulations on mechanical components and systems.
• Build, develop, validate, and implement simulation models and algorithms.
• Analyze and interpret simulation results to support design decisions.
• Post-process results to ensure products meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure simulations reflect product behavior.
• Mentor and guide junior FEA engineers as needed.
• Keep up to date with industry developments and simulation technologies.
