Ferrovial Construction-Webber 99 seeks a Document Control Administrator to manage control records, release blueprints and engineering documents, and support production teams.

You will verify data accuracy, coordinate with engineers, and maintain filing and scanning tasks while balancing multiple priorities and ensuring timely paperwork completion.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in similar administrative positions.

Responsibilities

  • Compiles and maintains control records and related files to release blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents to production and other operating departments.
  • Examines documents, such as blueprints, drawings, change orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of data.
  • Confers with document originators or engineering liaison personnel to resolve discrepancies and compile required changes to documents.
  • Posts changes to computerized or manual control records, releases documents, and notifies affected departments.
  • Maintains related files. Filing and scanning.

Job Description

Document Control Administrator Summary The position of Document Control Administrator will perform administrative and clerical functions related to document control procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Compiles and maintains control records and related files to release blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents to production and other operating departments.
  • Examines documents, such as blueprints, drawings, change orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of data.
  • Confers with document originators or engineering liaison personnel to resolve discrepancies and compiles required changes to documents.
  • Posts changes to computerized or manual control records, releases documents, and notifies affected departments.
  • Maintains related files. Filing and scanning.
  • Personal and People Leadership: Communicate effectively, build relationships, team with others, adapt and learn.
  • Punctual and on-time completion of paperwork.
  • Manage multiple priorities.
  • May prepare requests for reproduction of documents.
  • May operate reproduction equipment.
  • May prepare reports and memorandums.
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in similar administrative positions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Effective communication skills in writing and typing.
  • Effective organization skills.
