Job summary

The Digital Process Coordinator will lead the digital construction platform strategy, owning end-to-end data flows, Procore configuration, and hands-on training for project teams.

The role requires 5+ years in civil/heavy construction, deep proficiency with Procore, Power BI, and Power Automate, and a collaborative approach to align multiple departments with governance

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in civil/heavy-construction project environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of coordination between all project departments to gather, define, and standardize their processes for implementation in Procore and the wider digital toolset.
• Lead working sessions with department leads to translate department-specific requirements into configured Procore tools, permissions, and workflows.
• Drive consistent adoption of digital processes across departments, aligned with corporate Data Management standards and guidelines.
• Coordinate with the corporate Data Management/Digital Construction team on platform governance, roadmap alignment, and best practices.
• Procore Platform Administration and governance at project level, configuring tools used across the project and maintaining permissions, templates, and structure.
• Develop Procore analytics dashboards, connect Procore data to Power BI, and build KPIs and executive reports.
• Design and maintain automated workflows with Power Automate to eliminate manual tasks and improve data flow.
• Provide ongoing training, guides, and onboarding materials for project users.

JobOverview:

TheDigitalProcess Coordinator willleadthedigitalconstructionplatformstrategyfortheSH-99GrandParkwayproject,withprimaryownership of all digital processes and platforms. This role is responsible for the end-to-end flow of project data and theautomatization of the processes. The Digital Manager acts as the central point of coordination between all projectdepartments, translating their processes into standardized digital workflows and configuring them in Procore, whileproviding hands-on training and support across the project team.

ResponsibilitiesandDuties:

DepartmentCoordination&ProcessImplementation:

• Act as the central point of coordination between all project departments to gather, define, and standardizetheir processes for implementation in Procore and the wider digital toolset.

• CoordinatewiththecorporateDataManagement/DigitalConstructionteamonplatformgovernance,roadmap alignment, and best practices.

ProjectSoftwareEcosystem–Implementation,Coordination&Support:

• Procoreistheproject’scoreplatform;beyondit,implement,coordinate,andprovidehands-onsupportacrossthe wider project software map.

• Ensure integration and smooth dataflow between Procoreandthebroader toolset:, design andBIM (Bentley,ProjectWise and Bluebeam), finance and ERP, payroll (Workday, Procore Timesheets), document controlmanagetool(Aconex,ProcorePDM,etc…),progressmonitoringandconnectedsites(TrimbleConnect,PIX4D),and automation and AI (Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI).

• Serve as the project point of coordination for these platforms, aligning them into consistent, connected end-to-end workflows and assisting each department in their use.

ProcorePlatformAdministration&Governance:

• Act as the project-level administrator and power user of Procore, configuring and maintaining all tools usedacross the project for all the departments.

ProcoreAdministrator–ProjectLevel: ManageProcorepermissions,userroles,templates,andprojectstructure in line with corporate governance standards.

• Configureandmaintaincustomtools,fields,forms,andtemplatestosupporteachdepartment’sspecificprocessneeds.

• ServeastheprimarypointofcontactforProcoresupport,troubleshooting,andescalationsontheproject.

• Stay currenton new Procorereleasesandfeatures, evaluating androllingoutrelevant updatesto theprojectteam.

ProcoreAnalytics&PowerBIDashboards:

• Expert-leveluseofProcoreAnalyticstobuild,publish,andmaintainreal-timedashboardsandreportsforproject leadership and department stakeholders.

• Connect Procore data — through Procore Analytics, the Procore Data Connector, and APIs — to Power BI tobuild advanced dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting.

• Develop data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations to turn raw Procore data into clear,actionableinsights.

• Bulkupload,download,andexchangeofinformationintoandoutofProcore—andforautomatingdepartment processes through Power Automate and Procore’s native workflow tools.

ProcessAutomation–PowerAutomate&ProcoreWorkflows:

• ExpertinMicrosoftPowerAutomate:design,build,andmaintainautomatedflowsconnectingProcore,Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams to eliminate manual and repetitive tasks.

• ConfigureandoptimizeProcore’snativeworkflowengine(approvals,notifications,businessprocessautomation) so it works seamlessly alongside Power Automate.

• Identifymanualorrepetitivedepartmentprocessesandconvertthemintoautomated,end-to-enddigitalworkflows.

• Monitor,test,andcontinuouslyimprovethereliabilityofautomatedflowsandProcoreworkflows.

• StrongproficiencyinPowerBIandPowerAutomate.Certificationwillbeaplus.

• AdvancedproficiencyacrossMicrosoft365,includingVisioforprocessmapping.

• Excellentcommunication,coordination,andtraining/facilitationskillsacrossmultipledepartments.

• Abilitytotranslatedepartmentprocessesintodigitalworkflowsanddrivetheiradoption.
