This position must be a licensed mental health practitioner and will be responsible for overseeing and the implementation of the FCT Program and the quality of services provided to the families we serve. FCT is a home-based, evidence based treatment model for families experiencing complex symptoms of mental health and trauma. FCT focuses on the family as a unit and aims to change the emotional tone and interaction patters between the family members. This role involves providing clinical supervision to FCT Practitioners, ensuring program fidelity and maintaining high standards of services delivery. Key responsibilities will include supervision of practitioners, adherence to FCT model and maintaining program fidelity, collaboration with the Program Director to develop program goals and strategies, monitor and report on program outcomes, clinical supervision and consultation, building and maintaining relationships with community partners.
Salary $90,000. Full Time Benefits including $50,000 company paid life insurance policy, holiday pay, PTO, health insurance, dental, vision, LTD, STD, mileage and phone reimbursement, 401k plan (eligible after one year of employment), and a computer.
