North Carolina State University extension is seeking an Extension Agent in Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) for Onslow County, Jacksonville, NC. The role leads program development, delivers nutrition and healthy lifestyle curricula, and manages volunteers across the county.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of FCS program in Onslow County.
• Conduct needs assessments, interactive learning opportunities, and program evaluations.
• Support nutrition/healthy lifestyles curriculum and volunteer management.
• Collaborate with agencies and nonprofits; recruit/train volunteers.
• Travel is required; office vehicles provided.
