Job summary

Expressway Dodge in Mount Vernon, IN is seeking an FCA Master Technician to join our high-performing service team. You will diagnose and repair vehicle systems, perform inspections, provide accurate labor estimates, and ensure all service work meets Chrysler specifications.

Ideal candidates are Chrysler certified, with strong diagnostic and hands-on repair skills, plus a commitment to continuous training and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be Chrysler certified and able to diagnose and repair automotive systems.
• Experience in estimating labor time for repairs and services.
• Commitment to ongoing training and staying current with technology.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C to required specifications
• Perform vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs
• Provide labor and time estimates for all repair work
• Inspect and test vehicles to determine necessary and applicable repair work
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for service repairs
• Participate in ongoing company and manufacturer training to stay current with changing technology
