Job summary

M & L Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a Certified FCA Technician to join our service team. We offer top pay and a growth-oriented environment where technicians are valued for quality work, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include diagnostics, repairs, and test drives using dealership equipment, with emphasis on warranty-compliant service and clear communication with customers and the Service Advisor. FCA certifications and tools are required.

Qualifications

• Two years automotive service experience
• FCA Certifications must be current
• FCA Dealership experience is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license
• Must supply your own complete set of technician hand tools and impact wrenches
• Successfully pass drug screen, background and motor vehicle records check

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
• Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
