Faucets Operator

Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI

Competitive Compensation: $25.73 per hour, plus $1.50 shift premium

Shift: 3rd Shift: 10:30PM - 6:48AMplus overtime

Occasional mandatory overtime may be required as needed

We are looking for a Faucets Operator for our Faucets Division. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

• Associate will be required to work efficiently and effectively on all VFF production lines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Other requirements include attention to detail and aesthetics, filling out hour x hour reports, and working closely with others in the department to ensure quick and timely completion of orders.
• Must learn all NGRT production lines, including automation for skill level increases.

Skills/Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
