The position offers at least $52,000 per year with weekend pay premiums and clear opportunities for advancement after the training period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred.
• Results oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills.
• A valid driver’s license is required, and ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Driving Penske or customer vehicles requires a DOT driver qualification file and related checks (MVR, DOT Physical, Safety History).
• Willingness to travel within the district as necessary; work the required schedule at the specified location.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts.
• Manage a large inventory of vehicles to balance fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
