Penske is seeking a Sales and Operations Management Trainee in Earth City, MO, to leverage a degree in building a business and solving problems for customers across sales, operations, finance, and service. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Results-oriented with attention to detail and good time management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts.
• Manage large inventory of vehicles balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
