Job summary

Monty’s Express Car Wash is recruiting for its Fast Track Manager program in California. The role is designed to take you from entry-level to running a location, with hands-on training in operations and team leadership, and clear promotion paths based on performance.

Starting pay is $25-$30 per hour, with benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, a Simple IRA with 4% match, unlimited car washes, and paid time off from day one. Regular meetings and growth opportunities are offered.

As a Manager starting out with Monty’s Express Car Wash, you’ll discover that we’ve hired you to eventually run one of our locations.

As you progress, you will be evaluated to determine your proficiency in these areas. Successful completion of our training will result in promotion potential and pay increases. At completion of your training, we’ll evaluate openings in our market and determine placement. Your own initiative and capabilities, coupled with your ability to think on your feet, will dictate how fast you advance.

The position starts at a pay rate between $25-$30/HR depending on your experience.
