Crew Carwash is hiring a Fast-Track Manager in Training in Mount Horeb, WI. The role focuses on developing leadership, delivering top-tier customer service, and promoting safety and quality standards across shifts.

You will train to lead teams, manage daily operations, and contribute to guest satisfaction. Competitive pay plus incentives and comprehensive benefits are offered to support growth and training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in service industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Stand for 8+ hours and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Ability to push/pull drums and materials with equipment.
• Willingness to operate around moving mechanical parts.
