Job summary

Crew Carwash is hiring for a Fast-Track Manager in Training. You will lead by example, model safety, coach team members, and ensure top-quality service for every customer. The role includes hands-on maintenance, training, and developing others in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 annually plus incentive pay, with daily pay options, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits. Growth potential is strong with industry-leading training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have an Associate or Bachelor's Degree or management experience in the service-industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Be able to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Be able to lift/move a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Be able to operate electronic devices.
