Job summary

Crew Carwash is hiring a Fast-Track Manager in Training in Valparaiso, IN. You will lead with safety as a priority, model exceptional service, and guide teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences.

You’ll receive thorough training, have growth opportunities, and participate in incentive pay while supporting a dynamic, fast-paced operation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Be able to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 25 pounds.

• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
