Compensation ranges from $47,000 to $63,000 per year with incentive pay, plus benefits including PTO, daily pay, tuition reimbursement, health/dental/vision, 401K with match, and industry‑leading training for long‑term career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in service industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week, with opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Stand for 8+ hours per day.
• Hustle with urgency and be able to lift 25 pounds.

Crew’s expectations:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
