Job summary

Crew Carwash is hiring a Fast-Track Manager in Training, offering a clear path to leadership within a fast-paced service environment. You will lead by example, coach team members, and ensure exceptional service with a focus on safety and quality.

The role includes a salary of $45,000 to $60,000 per year plus incentive pay, daily pay options, and generous benefits. Training is provided, with ample opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Hustle with a sense of urgency.
• Able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump.
• Able to push/pull drums and materials with appropriate equipment.
• Comfortable around moving mechanical parts.
• Able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms.
• Lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Operate and utilize electronic devices.
• Able to withstand extreme weather.
