Crew Carwash is seeking a Fast-Track Manager in Training in DeForest, Wisconsin. You will develop leadership skills while delivering top-tier service and safety, guiding teams through busy shifts, and ensuring quality across operations.

This role offers structured training and real growth opportunities within a Best Places to Work environment. Requirements include 18+, a relevant degree or management experience in service, and the ability to work 5 days per week with opening, mid, and closing

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Be able to lift/move up to 25 pounds and operate electronic devices.

Crew’s expectations:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
